What is a Neos Con Helping Hand?
Every conference has a great team of volunteers helping out in different areas. As a Neos Conference Helping Hand you make sure the conference runs smoothly - without people noticing. Here is what you need to know if you are interested in becoming a Helping Hand.
Orga Team
You are the first friendly face our participants see. You will help with the registration at the beginning of the conference and general questions throughout the conference.
Tech & Production Team
We love all kind of tech at the Neos Con. Naturally, this comes with a lot to do behind the scenes. As a part of the Tech-Team you help us to run everything smoothly - even if it gets tricky. This includes preparing speakers for their stage time, helping with the live stream, setting up the lights and setting up the Neos brand at the location.
Camera-Team
As you may know all talks are recorded and directly streamed to YouTube. Getting a really good image of the speaker is crucial :) This is where the Camera-Team is necessary.
What do you get?
All Helping Hands get a free Conference Ticket including food and beverages at the conference location and entry to the Social Event on Friday (only play - not work ;-) )
Depending on your work-station you'll be able to see a lot of talks. And since we are a team: if there is a session that you don't want to miss - we will make it happen and find someone to cover for you.
Plus, you'll get an awesome Neos Con Helping Hand T-Shirt :)
