Nicole began her career nine years ago as a web developer and later moved from tech lead into project management. She brings practical experience from both the technical and strategic sides of projects. This dual perspective helps her understand the real challenges teams and customers face when working with complex, long-standing systems. In her free time, Nicole plays chess, enjoys trying out all kinds of sports, and tends to her collection of Alocasias, the probably most fascinating plants on this planet.
