Beatrice is an experienced Product Manager at Thoughtworks with experience in a variety of industries including automotive, entertainment, manufacturing and energy & utilities. Beatrice is driven to ensure that every product development begins by truly understanding the problem it seeks to solve. She fosters a culture of exploration and feedback to minimize waste in the development lifecycle and promote sustainable tech. In her most recent engagements, Beatrice has specialised in product management for internal developer platforms and is researching how proven practices from end-user product development can be leveraged to build successful internal products.
